Entry fees for relay are non-refundable.
You may not alter, or reproduce you bib(s) – doing so will result in your disqualification as well as the participant who uses your race number. The entry fee for this year’s relay event will NOT transfer to next year’s event, no exceptions. This policy stays in effect whether you are injured, have an unexpected business or family emergency, medical issue, etc. There are NO exceptions. There is no rain delay, we go rain or shine
You may transfer or defer you entry. Any deferrals or transfers must take place 14 days prior to the event. If you wish to transfer or defer your entry please email us at: gptrailrelay@gmail.com
